In Binghamton, coffee shops cluster around downtown offices, college campuses and the main commercial streets of residential neighborhoods, and the independents usually close by mid-afternoon while chains stay open into the evening. Across New York, drive-thru coffee stands and kiosks fill the gap in suburbs and along highways, and roasters often sell bags and brewing gear at the counter. Baristas are always very kind and my order is always very good! I’d like to give a shoutout to Ryan for always being super kind and polite in the drive-thru! Always great service from him. Brian is also great, I got his coffeehouse leader business card along with a recovery card for an out of stock food item for my order. Not only did I receive this card, but I was given a replacement pastry as well. Excellent service!

Back to stellar service and friendly as always, so happy to have this place to remind me of home, literally. I wkukd moge away if it weren't here and I love the buncb that works there!! old comment not necessary: I always leave stellar reviews for this starbucks, and update them to shout out new awesome employees, Starbucks but I have noticed every Friday lately my drinks seem to have no whip cream, over a dollar extra for add-ons and only when this one particular person is working, are yhe lattes lacking at least half the pumps that should be in it because there's barely any flavor and I feel awkward saying anything because you are ignored by not only the one younger employee but also the older employee, and you stand there, today was 5 minutes, looking stupid holding your coffee. When I finally got help from a nice girl that was working the drive-through – not even the kid that was working the counter, (that has been making my 6pm coffees stink on tbe weekends), every other day is perfect!

I love this Starbucks. I frequently come to study and get work done. The baristas are super friendly and personable. The only complaint I have is that sometimes online and drive thru take priority over in store customers. Other than that the food is good and drinks are worth the price. The workers make a great atmosphere here!!

There's something about Starbucks that makes you feel cozy after a long drive and you just want relax and this location was perfect for it. Super friendly staff at front counter. Got few pops for kids, coffee and sat in the corner to energize. I wish they had few tables with more chairs, we had to pull few to make our kids sit with us. Also loved their concept of putting out orders against marked first letters, easy for someone picking orders who missed their names callout. First time I have seen this at any Starbucks. Cheers. Restrooms were clean. We left with happy faces.
